There have been a few of these but the only set surviving and not surgically separated to date are Krista and Tatiana Hogan living near my hometown in Canada.

Apparently they have two distinct personalities yes. It reminds me of a thought experiment you might enjoy: We know it is possible to do head transplants (some pretty sick people did it with monkeys already) We also know that it’s possible to survive with only half a brain (removing half is sometimes a solution for certain medical issues).
