Freeze air - Kula can transform the air around her into ice, damaging anyone except herself, in range. This power is shown to full extent when she first appeared in KOF 2000, when she was able to freeze the entire stage (either the docks, or the factory, depending on when you fight her). Snowman - Kula can create a snowman and drop it on her enemy.

Kula is a Rushdown Character who uses her projectiles and pokes to keep her opponents out, while also using her powerful normals to keep opponents locked down. Her Counter Shell is capable of countering almost all projectiles (including those from level 1 and 2 DMs), though precise timing is required to make the most of this skill. Ray Spin's f+B followup will also cut through almost all single hit projectiles.

Kula Diamond is a cybernetically modified human crafted by the syndicate NESTS to exterminate K'. Though the results of such modifications have their drawbacks as she looks and behaves like a child, the cryokinesis she acquired allows her to instantly turn water molecules in air into ice.

2024年4月29日 · Kula Diamond first appeared in KOF 2000 as the sub boss of the game. She's often seen with her companions, Diana, Foxy and Candy Diamond. Kula is a being created with the codename Anti-K' by NESTS to exterminate the cartel's traitor, K'.

The following year, NESTS orders Kula to enter KOF 2001, along with Foxy, Ángel, and K9999, in the hopes of eliminating all of their enemies. When the K' Team went to the NESTS space base after winning KOF 2001, Foxy was attacked by Ángel and K9999, critically wounding her.
