I wait for another user on this forum to chime in as I have not changed out my stock conrods to the 5PA rods found in the L15B7. The difference in compression ratio exists for 10.3:1 for L15B7 vs 10.6:1 for L15BA.

2022年7月24日 · Gotta get the chassis engine bay cleaned up. Replacing the radiator with a Koyorad and a new oil cooler kit. I may stall progress until I know the RV6 Red turbo will ship. I might put it back in with stock turbo for now. I replaced about 200 nuts and bolts. Now I wished I did ALL of them. Against the paint, the older hardware is noticeable.

2022年1月24日 · Actually all civic L15B7 have the same rods (5PA) which are what usually goes. The CRV L15BE and the Si L15B7 have a more capable fuel system. A lot of the L15 civics have had upgraded turbos on ethanol blend making from 300-350 whp with some softened torque curve, it's really having too much torque early is what blows a rod through the block.
