The LB&SCR used a dark bottle green with fine red and gold lines for passenger engines. Framing and footplate interior was crimson, buffers and buffer beam bright red and the wheels black. Goods engines were black with red and white lining, unless visible from the passenger platforms at Brighton or London Bridge, when they were to be dark green.

The green LBSC 70 Thomas is the only replica to not be based on any prop in the model series, as this livery was not introduced until several years after the switch to CGI. The green Thomas’s faces have a slight yellow tint compared to the ones included with the normal Thomas.
