2005年8月9日 · It is ironic this topic came up because I run a 5w40 CI-4 synthetic diesel engine oil in my trucks and I was just thinking why the heck not run it in the mowers as well. I think the 40 will work great, especially for an engine that has a few hours in it, and the synthetic will hold up much better to the heat of an air cooled engine.

2009年3月10日 · Bull crap my fr651 had a failed connecting rod at only 200 hours and I baby it plus all the services in half the time with a blended synthetic mobile 1 oil. It's a 4000 engine to replace. I'm hoping I can bore the cylinders and put pistons from a 691v in there and upgrade the crankshaft. Hoping I'm not missing something.
