具体的工艺是将发射光的波长主峰在450~470nm范围内的蓝光led芯片焊好后,在其表面涂覆稀土钇铝石榴石(yag)系列荧光粉。这种荧光粉在蓝光辐射下会发射黄光,这样,部分蓝光转变成黄光,和剩余的蓝光混合而形成白光led。
