2019年6月5日 · For the LL7, the distal canal was 19.5mm, mesiolingual canal was 21.5mm and mesiobuccal canal 21mm. At the following visit, obturation was completed with bespoke master apical cones, ROEKO Guttapercha Points (ISO size 25), to a good radiographic finish after drying the canals with the corresponding ROEKO Paper Points (both from COLTENE).

Case 1: Root canal treatment – long roots. This patient presented with a history of a dull pain and swelling from his upper left second molar (UL7). The tooth had a crown and was tender when tapped. A radiograph (X-ray photograph) showed that there was a large shadow around the roots.
