LMG is a bipod mounted machine gun specifically for infantry use. These can be 5.56 or 7.62, but typically 20lbs or less. M249 and MK48 being prime examples. GPMG/MMG are for practical points the same ie a .30 caliber machine gun which can be fired from a bipod, a tripod, or a vehicle. Classic example is the MG42/MG3, or modern M240.

I would only consider getting one or two pawns with assault rifle as long distance shooters whose main task is to bait enemy into my SMG/chain shot gun swarms.

2018年1月2日 · LMG - Huge clip makes it good for suppress/blind fire, slower rate of fire probably means you are going to lose to AR/SMG in direct combat. But I find LMG here to be more accurate than other games, so not too sure. LMGs are in a very good place right now. Their Out of Cover native multiplicative damage bonus is the best out of all of the weapons.

2022年10月20日 · FJ tested in a single-wide lane between walls. Mutli-shot guns (like lmg and minigun) were either to hit the enemy, floor or walls. Stybb had lanes but no walls. A shot that wouldn't hit the primary target could still hit another target in another lane. Basically FJ has the results for 1v1 battles, stybb for group battles.
