Khangaluwu was a Lieutenant that served the Loli Police Department. He lead the Instigators, which was group of hand selected people who prove themselves to be excellent role-players, and could produce scenarios for the LPD patrols to handle. These select people ccould create SLRT situations during patrols, event wise or not.

With this update, SWAT was reworked into “SLRT” (June of 2019), the first FBT compatible LPD models were created (date unknown), introduction of LMT (date unknown), and with the LPD precinct number (60) being added to all of the official LPD models.
