At 310 metres high and excellently located in Downtown Los Angeles, OUE Skyspace is an observation deck within the US Bank Tower, California's tallest building. Built between 1987 and 1990, the US Bank Tower, also known as the Library Tower, is a 310-meter-high, 73-story skyscraper currently owned by Overseas Union Enterprise Ltd (OUE).
