The Laverda 1000 is a series of 981 cc (59.9 cu in) air cooled DOHC triple motorcycles produced by the Italian manufacturer Laverda between 1973 and 1988. [5] The high-performance variant, the Jota, was the fastest production motorcycle from 1976 to 1981. [6] Approximately 7,100 triples of the various models were produced. [7]

2014年9月25日 · Predecessor to the Jota, the Laverda 3C was the Italian firms' first three-cylinder engine. It's also a rare bike, and this beauty is in my favorite of the Laverda colors. The 981cc engine produced 85 horsepower, good for a top speed of 133 miles per hour - must have been fun without a fairing.
