Tyrosin-protein kinase Lck - Wikipedia
Tyrosin-protein kinase Lck (or lymphocyte-specific protein tyrosine kinase) is a 56 kDa protein that is found inside lymphocytes and encoded in the human by the LCK gene. [5] The Lck is a member of Src kinase family (SKF) and is important for the activation of T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling in both naive T cells and effector T cells.

2017年10月30日 · LCK is a tyrosine kinase that is essential for initiating T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) signaling. A complete understanding of LCK function is constrained by a paucity of methods to...
A pivotal role of cysteine 3 of Lck tyrosine kinase for localization …
2001年3月1日 · Lck, a Src family protein tyrosine kinase (PTKs), is post-translationally modified by palmitoylation, a process thought to regulate the biological function, membrane affinity and glycolipid-enriched microdomain (GEM) localization of this molecule.

2012年6月18日 · Lck is bound to the plasma membrane via myristoylated and palmitoylated residues at its N-terminus. It also contains a SH3 and a SH2 domains next to the membrane anchor followed by a catalytic tyrosine kinase domain and a short C-terminal tail.
Predicting protein interactions of the kinase Lck critical to T cell ...
2024年11月7日 · By systematically screening the SH2-SH3 domain of Lck against approximately 1,000 proteins involved in various immune processes, we successfully identified both expected and unexpected interaction partners within the top 20 hits, each with functional implications.
Lck Function and Modulation: Immune Cytotoxic Response and …
Lck, a member of the Src kinase family, is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase involved in immune cell activation, antigen recognition, tumor growth, and cytotoxic response. The enzyme has usually been linked to T lymphocyte activation upon antigen recognition. Lck activation is central to CD4, CD8, and NK activation.
RCSB PDB - 3LCK: THE KINASE DOMAIN OF HUMAN LYMPHOCYTE KINASE (LCK ...
1997年4月8日 · Lck is a Src-family tyrosine kinase expressed in T lymphocytes, where it participates in the cellular immune response. Like all Src homologues, it comprises SH3, SH2 and kinase domains. Lck associates through its distinctive amino-terminal segment with the cytoplasmic tails of either T-cell co-receptor, CD4 or CD8-alpha.
Lck SH3 domain function is required for T-cell receptor signals ...
These findings indicate that Lck SH3 domain function may provide a means to independently couple receptor signaling to regulation of the ERK pathway during thymocyte development. Thymocyte development is shaped by signals from the T-cell antigen receptor.

The protein p56lck (Lck) is a Src-like, lymphocyte-specific tyrosine kinase. A phosphopeptide library screen has recently been used to deduce an 'optimal' binding sequence for the Lck SH2 domain. There is selectivity for the residues Glu, Glu and Ile in the three positions C-terminal to the phosphotyrosine.
