2006年8月25日 · The only 2 differences between the Portugese and German R5 is the location of the Leitz logo (former) vs Leica logo (latter) which swapped sides, and age. Portugal production switched to Germany approximately the same time ELC production did, which is when Leitz became Leica and relocated from Wetzlar to Solms, in 1988.

I have heard horror stories with. the R4, but I have not found nothing in the archives with respect to. the R5. Yes, I know that the R7 has better electronics, but my budget. is centered on the R5. 2003年9月23日 · The Leica RE originally was a CHEAPER alternative to the R4/R4s/R5 (it lacked the T(ime) and (P)rogram modes, I believe - just Aperture-priority and Manual). Dates from c. 1990 +/- a few years. There were actually 2 versions (or was it two and a half?) with small upgrades borrowed from the R5 when it was introduced (or something to that effect).
