2020年11月21日 · Lending Stream have upheld my complaint for irresponsible lending. I did pass the complaint over to the FOS several months ago, however L/S have upheld my complaint and I have received a FRL offering settlement which I have accepted. The problem is that they will not issue a refund because they are saying they need acceptance from the FOS.

Marked as settled (never paid them a bean) Experian Lending Stream Start date 06/12/2011 Default Date 16/09/2012 Marked as default with £0 balance (can't remember if I paid LS anything after taking loan out).

2016年6月15日 · The first one was for £468 and he paid that back and the second one was for £126.72. He went to the bank and told the lady to pay it through banking. She did so as a "Faster Payment". He thought great and left. On that day he rang lending stream and they said it takes 24 hours to go through and to call back.
