Master Li Tian Ji (1915-1996) was the martial arts teacher of the famous Niu Sheng Xian – the author of this title. In the late 1970’s, Niu Sheng Xian became famous throughout China for defeating a team of highly qualified Japanese martial arts experts during their visit to Beijing.
