2024年11月7日 · I have a Canoscan LidE 300 that was purchased 2 weeks ago, and up until yesterday, I was able to scan to jpg (using the 'Auto Scan' button). But now it will only scan to pdf :-(. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, but the issue is not fixed. How can I fix this? I have Windows 11.

2021年2月10日 · Installation of the LiDE 300 went perfect. The buttons work and I get no errors, but the scan is sometimes perfect and sometimes it is almost black. Installed it on a brandnew Lenovo laptop (with updated Windows 10 64-bit) and had the same bad result.
