Lei Jun (born 16 December 1969) is a Chinese billionaire entrepreneur, computer engineer, and nonpartisan congressman. He is known for being the founder, chairman, and CEO of the consumer electronics company Xiaomi .

Lei Jun, born in December 1969, received a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wuhan University in July 1991. He is Executive Director, Founder, Chairman and CEO of the Group. He is responsible for the overall strategy, culture and key products of the Group. He also oversees the senior management team.
