2008年7月12日 · Just wondering if any mini trail veterans have any sugestions on getting the most out of a stock Lifan 110 engine. My Lifan clone hit 400 miles and I think it is just about broken in. It seems more eager to rev than when it was new, and with the re-gearing, I can easily cruise at 40-45 mph.

2024年3月28日 · The Lifan is NOT a direct bolt-in. Although the CT110 uses a similar 2 bolt mount, the distance between the holes is greater than on the Lifan. In my video, you’ll see that I used the existing bottom hole on the frame and welded two small tabs to the frame for the top holes. The CT110 footpegs are NOT a direct bolt up to the Lifan.

2009年5月3日 · I had the lifan 110cc with electric start. The starter never worked good enough to reliably start the engine. I have seen several 110cc electric starts that don't like to start on the starter. I had to change the battery box mounting to fit. The height was not an issue as I have an aftermarket seat and the tool holder is not there.

2011年5月3日 · These engines are known to have low compression ratios and those coupled with hot cams tend to hurt performance, depending on how big you go. Carb jetting, clip position and valve lash are all good things to work with. Play with the gearing too, you might be able to take advantage there. The bigger cam in the lifan, IMO, hurts performance overall.

2009年4月28日 · i believe racer explained where it is.it's under the rear foot brake side clutch cover.and let me tell you its not fun! take off your foot peg assy,then clutch cable,kickstart lever,and dont forget to run the bike and drain the oil.lol.a impact driver may be needed for the spinner cover screws.i like that the lifan has 8mm bolts on the side ...
