Lijun Qian [SM'08] ([email protected]) received B.E. degree from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, M.S. degree from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel, and Ph.D. degree from Rutgers University, NJ, USA. He was a Technical Staff Member of Bell-Labs Research, Murray Hill, NJ, USA.

Lijun Qian is an Associate Professor (with tenure) in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU). He is also the director of the Wireless Communications Lab (WiComLab). Before joining PVAMU, he was a researcher in the Networks and Systems Research Department of Bell-Labs at Murray Hill, NJ.
