Lime Out is a floating taco restaurant accessible by boat only. There are many great charter companies offering all varieties of ways to access Lime Out. Right in Coral Harbor there are shuttles including SALT + LIME express, Flyaway Charters VI, and Captain Johnny Cakes.

Chef Amaro Rivera became a chef in 2000, working at several renowned Puerto Rican restaurants. In 2017 he moved to St. John and became the chef for Lime Inn. His creation of the tacos on Lime Out showcase his ability to create a variety of spectacular menus.
