The history of the logo. Bangkok Metropolitan Administration held a public Bangkok Art and Culture Centre Logo Contest from 15 June to 31 August 2005 to give a chance for people to participate in designing the logo. There were 280 submissions from 156 Thai competitors and 4 foreign competitors, of which 118 are male and 38 are female.

First logo of bacc was designed by Pakpoom Lamulpan, the winner of Bangkok Art and Culture Centre Logo Contest in July 2005.
