The Troop 27 Mission. To provide a safe and challenging learning environment for your son through the methods and ideals of the Boy Scouts of America. We will build character, foster friendships, and nurture citizenship through a dynamic outdoor program that challenges the boys to live by the Scout Oath and Law.

2010年11月11日 · The BSA’s Marketing team has created a website of current logos, available for unit leaders and councols to download for free. You’ll find logos for all of the current Scouting programs there, from Cub Scouts to Venturing. You’ll also find logos for Philmont, Northern Tier, the Summit Bechtel Reserve and the Florida Sea Base.

From Dallas to Des Moines, Scouts across America wear the same tan twill shirt, the same badges of rank, and the same style of neckerchief. Their troop and council badges may differ, but the visual language is the same. This uniformity creates familiarity, and with it, admiration.

Boy Scout Troop 27 is based in Newport News, VA where we seek to develop young men into the leaders, fathers, and husbands of the future. We do this through cultivating the critical aspects of character, citizenship, and mental, emotional, and physical fitness. Meetings: Mondays at 7 pm

Troop 27 operates under a Scout-led model, providing hands-on experiences that not only uphold traditional Scouting values, but also foster personal leadership, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork.

Troop 27 is comprised of a boy’s troop (T27B) and a girl’s troop (T27G). The troop is fortunate to have been led by a succession of 26 dedicated scoutmasters, providing a continuum of leadership for over 60 years.
