2024年2月1日 · In this work, bio-based Eucommia ulmoides gum (EUG)/natural rubber (NR)/styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) composites are successfully fabricated through physical blending. The influence of sulfur (S) and EUG content on the crystallization characteristics, static and dynamic mechanical properties of the composites is systematically investigated.
However, mechanical and alkaline pretreatment have some disadvantages, such as low EUG yield, sugars loss and environmental pollution. Fermenta-tion pretreatment requires a long reaction time and higher advance costs, and the fermentation efi-ciency is relatively low.
