2022年12月29日 · Diskpart "clean all" command does a low level format in a way. However, it is advisable to use a 3rd party one in my opinion. To access diskpart, In the Windows search, type cmd, right-click it, and choose run as administrator. Type diskpart Press Enter. Select the disk and use clean all command.
