Established in August 1972 as a statutory body under the Tabung Angkatan Tentera Act 1973, Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) or the Armed Forces Fund Board is the pension fund for serving members of the Malaysian Armed Forces. At LTAT, we strive towards becoming a world-class pension fund to realize the retirement aspirations of our members.

Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera(LTAT) was established in August 1972 with two main objectives which are to provide retirement benefit and other benefits to officers and members of the other ranks in the armed forces and to enable Mobilised Members of the Volunteer Forces in the service to participate in a saving scheme.

The Armed Forces Fund Board[2] (also commonly known by its Malay name Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera and LTAT in short) is a statutory body which manages the pension fund for certain members of the Malaysian Armed Forces. LTAT was established in August 1972 by the Armed Forces Fund Act (also known as the Tabung Angkatan Tentera Act). [1]

LTAT offers various training programs to retiring and retired members of the armed forces to prepare them for a second career through Perbadanan Hal Ehwal Bekas Angkatan Tentera or PERHEBAT, a wholly-owned corporation of LTAT which was established in 1994.
