Luo Yi is primarily a support-oriented mage who can deal burst damage, thanks to her passive. All of her offensive skills ( Dispersion, Rotation) are area-of-effect, making her strong against large enemy groups. Furthermore, all of their effects persist on-field for six seconds, which can disrupt enemy formations.

The mage of heaven and earth, Luo Yi, is one of them.
