2019年11月5日 · I recently purchased an m&p R8 357 Magnum revolver. I have not taken it out to the range yet. I have a lot of 357 Magnum ammo some consider hot. Would anyone think that a 158 grain traveling at 1500 feet per second with the 789ftlb rating be okay to run through this gun? I am not sure if it has any limitations that I should be concerned with.

2024年1月27日 · I’m not looking to debate this configuration or my use case – this is something I want to do for my own reasons. However, I’m having a heck of a time finding a holster for this revolver with this configuration. Since the TRR8 (and the M&P R8) are set up to do this, I’m assuming I’m not the first guy looking to try it.

2022年4月26日 · I shot both before getting the R8. Differences I caught is the TRR8 has a skeletonized underlug whereas the R8 does not. The TRR8 has a square notched rear sight; the R8 is V-notched. The R8 is an M&P; the TRR8 isn't, probably because the cutout in the underlug is where the M&P badge goes. Both triggers are very nice; both are Performance Center.

Both 327 M&P R8 and 327-1 TRR8 are listed. Research this master leatersmith carefully and testimonials, and users of his equipment (who actually uses these rigs.) The FieldMaster is a great choice for a gun like this (its a shoulder rig.)

2014年4月10日 · Is there a difference between the 8 shot .357 model 327 TRR8 and the M&P R8? I see they are both Performance Center guns but the R8 is an M&P and the 327 TRR8 isn't. I was just wondering if they are different. thanks, Harrydale

2017年7月11日 · The R8's are the best S&W revolvers made, and for the money, arguably the best revolver period. Korth/Nighthawk Mongoose is the only revolver I prefer to the R8's, but they're $3,499. 1. TRR8 with Hogue wooden grips, Aimpoint optic, and Speed Beez holster. Speed Beez can not be used with the M&P R8 due to the permanent lower rail. 2. M&P R8 3.
