M110狙击步枪（英文：M110 Semi-Automatic Sniper System，全称：M110半自动狙击手系统），是由美国骑士装备公司（Knight's Armament Company，简称：KAC，又译：奈特公司）研制的一款单兵半自动狙击步枪。

M110半自動狙擊手系統（M110 Semi-Automatic Sniper System，簡稱M110 SASS）是美國 奈特軍械公司（KAC）推出的7.62×51 NATO 半自動 狙擊步槍，現裝備美國陸軍。2008年6月12日，M110 SASS成為了「2007年美國陸軍十大發明」之一 [1] 。

在2012年7月，美国陆军提出了替代现役 M110狙击步枪 的紧凑型半自动狙击手系统（Compact Semi-Automatic Sniper System ，简称CSASS）计划。 CSASS的基本要求是对M110进行缩短和减重的改造，要求配备伸缩式枪托和可拆卸的消焰器，陆军要求每月至少改造125支M110，最后能达到每月改造325支。
