M1151 PERFORMANCE — The M1151 is an Expanded Capacity Armament Carrier IAP/Armor Ready HMMWV. Designed as an armament carrier, the M1151 provides for the mounting and firing of various weapons systems which are ring-mounted with a 360 degree arc of fire. It also offers an optional Gunners Protection Kit and Manual Traversing Unit.

The M1151A1 HMMWV (Humvee) is an improved version of de M1151 Expanded Capacity Armament Carrier developed and designed by the American Defense Company AM General. The M1151 is fitted with an heavier chassis and improved engine of the M1113 Humvee variant.
