2023年10月31日 · OP, don't discount Armscorp, do suggest you request an inspection period that allows it to be shot. Back in the day, if you're anal, Armscorp machining produced the closet, most correct to GI receiver cosmetic dimensions. Take an Armscorp, a Fulton, Fed Ord, and SAI, and all others, and compare to a genuine USGI M14 receiver.

Armscorp advertised the sale of "Forged" receiver at that time, but it is unknown how many, if any, were actually sold by Armscorp. There are a dozen things that impact accuracy, but receiver is not one of them. The quality of machining on an LRB receiver is what sets it apart.
