Electric water pump, heated thermostat, variable pressure oil pump, electric cam timing, high and low pressure fuel systems, etc. One day we might learn that this complexity has a cost, but I don’t suspect that will happen for quite a long time and after a lot of miles.

2020年12月6日 · Keep in mind that the M20a-fks engine in your corolla hatchback is a high compression engine. Adding a turbo kit will likely result in the engine blowing within a few months. Plus the costs of adding a turbo kit, beefing up engine internals, beefing up the transmission to handle the torque etc. would cost you close to $10,000.
