2020年4月30日 · Print jobs now come out with the letters smeared and occasionally seeing black spots on the back of the page. After running a dozen or so cleaning pages it worked normally for 2 pages before the issue came back. Would this most likely be a defective/damaged/leaking toner cartridge? To clear a paper jam, first, ensure the printer is turned off and unplugged. Open the rear door and gently remove any jammed paper. Check the paper path and input trays for any remaining stuck paper. Once cleared, reinstall the rear door and plug in the printer before turning it back on.

2017年10月30日 · Resorted to compressed air and vacuuming the cartridge area presuming dust was triggering a sensor, but to no avail. Ultimately checked the back of the printer and found a door to open. Voila, there was the jam, in the back-not in the cartridge area and not visible by any means from the front.
