2021年3月20日 · Colt just confirmed VZ is the grip maker. But VZ could not confirm they made the grips for Colt. VZ did confirm their grips are made for the 1911 only and the holes would need to be enlarged for the original M45A1 screws to seat properly. The screws they offer are for 1911's and the color choices are black and stainless.

2023年11月9日 · I wanted to make my Raider closer in appearance to the real Colt M45A1 CQBP, so I managed to hunt up the original manufacturer and was able to order a pair of correct grips with standard pattern screw holes. These are identical to the ones issued to the Marines. They look great! A lot better than the sand/black factory grips I think. Thanks gang!
