The Motor Coach Industries 102-DL3, part of their D-Series, was a motorcoach available in Canada and the United States. It was MCI's first 45-foot coach, and it quickly became the industry standard. In August 2000, MCI introduced a new model naming convention. The 102-DL3 was renamed D4500.

The earlier prototypes left MCI ready for the change. Less than three months later, at February 1992 UBOA Bus Expo, MCI introduced the 102-DL3. The model number represented its 102 in (2,600 mm) width, D for its model, L for long (45 feet) and 3 for three axles. MCI also offered the wheelchair lift and accessible lavatory as an option.

2015年1月25日 · MCI 1995 DL3, DD S60, Allison B500. Our bus, that Clifford now has, is a DL3. I never noticed any flexing issue. There are somethings to watch for. If it was run in the North/Northeast, watch out. It will probably be rusted in places that you cannot see.
