2020年11月24日 · I have the lss and the lss-xl both on howa long actions The 3.715 mags are fine for the 270 but not for something with big bullets. I also have an APO saber short action and sold a bravo with another rifle. The bravo and MDT xrs will make a better cold-weather platform if you shoot through the winter as I do.

2018年5月5日 · When I ran the total stock weight for a LSS it was 1lb 7 ounces for the chassis. 14 ounces for the stock. 4 ounces for the buffer tube and 5 ounces for the grip. Total weight = 2.8 ounces. For example I believe the ruger predator stock is 1.8 lbs and total rifle weight is 6.6.

2021年5月14日 · Currently have a right hand MDT lss for a short action tikka. I'm left hand dominate, but can shoot right handed, wife is right handed, and kids are too young to tell. I have seen some post about modifying a factory stock to left hand by removing material where the bolt is but not on a aluminum chassis.

2016年4月6日 · Anyone know what length rear screw I need for MDT LSS Chassis Gen 1, REM 700 inlet? I bought the chassis off of another forum & it arrived with only the front screw. I called MDT & they told me both the front & back are 1-1/4”, which is definitely wrong. Seller was no help.

2020年7月22日 · I have a pretty expensive MPA chassis and the cheapest clearance priced MDT chassis I could find (first gen LSS for Savage Axis). The MPA is pretty nice but a few details let it down, the Arca rail is pretty bad, Arca clamps barely grab it and I'm worried I'll round a corner off if i load up a clamp that has so little purchase.

2011年5月1日 · I do believe the xlr is quite a bit cheaper then the hunt 26 comparably set up. Seems to me the xlr is 1250 with folder, thumb rest, qd mount. Mdt is 1600. I also think the xlr is lighter with the folder. Mdt folder is heavy and beefy. I usually machine out material on the Mdt
