2017年11月17日 · had a 2 wd one from 18 months old,sold it at 8000 hours,apart from tyres 2 batteries a cab blower it was ace,pulled like a train,made my later purchase a mf 699 4 wd look like a lemon,great tractor would have liked to have kept it but funds were low at the time,good luck with yours,any pics??

2015年5月20日 · Maybe not electrics, check the coupler between the shaft and the centre casting ,they only had a pin through them to stop them drifting and the pin used to snap off in side thus letting it slide back along the shaft MF 699 was a begger for it

2016年1月20日 · Strange that the 699 with the 6 cylinder engine was a hard starter the four cylinder perkins were hard starters alright. The tractors here wouldn't be the worst to start once you know the technique of starting them 8210 once you have the excess diesel button in and turn the steering wheel while it's turning over it should start easily.

2021年7月31日 · Yes we fitted many opico kits. It's the 318.2 engine so there shouldn't be a problem. We never had any failures. When a 698 with an aftermarket turbo was traded for a 699 these always had be tweaked to be on a par.
