2022年5月13日 · Have used the MFJ 813 QRP SWR/Wattmeter for several years. Works fine. The sensitivity control is very, very handy for using with different transmitters at different QRP or Low Watts. I calculate the power then set the sense and mark the dial. With the HeathKit HW-8 at 1 Watt, I adjust sensitivity to aprox. 2 o'clock. .

2024年4月25日 · I had been an MFJ dealer since the introduction of the MFJ-16010 tuner about 50years ago. In all the years of doing business with Martin I never had any problems with orders, warranty or service. If there was an issue that developed, they took care of it, fine people to work with. 2018年2月8日 · The MFJ-1868 is a low-cost ultra-wide-band discone antenna, with a receive (RX) range of 25-1300 MHz and it can be used to transmit (TX) from 50-1300 MHz. It can handle up to 200 Watts SSB. Ideal for 6/2/11 Meters, 70/33/23 CM ham bands. Excellent for testing various transmitters or to be used with any wide band SDR receiver.

2017年9月2日 · I have compared EFHW-8010 (which looks very similar to MFJ) versus full size inverted V wire dipoles (all antennas had their top 14 m off the ground) on 80/40/30/20 m with a WSPRlite beacon. Results were quite interesting: similar on 80 m, slightly lower on 40 & 30 m, rather poor on 20 m.

2024年4月25日 · 52 years of operation prove the MFJ business model worked well. Very few companies operate anywhere near 52 years. MFJ will be missed and am sad for the employees of the company. Those able to retire I am very happy for. Get out and enjoy life knowing for 52 years MFJ was a very good company that did much for the amateur radio community.

2024年4月25日 · Getting back to MFJ, one of the side-effects of Covid-19 was that workers became more empowered, realizing how much they were actually worth. Many restaurants and small businesses are actually starting to pay workers a living wage and/or offering other perks such as medical insurance so they can retain them.

2017年3月13日 · the MFJ 1275 is by the better working device here. I have 2 of the MFJ 1275 and they have worked flawless!!!!! I couldn't ask for better product!!!!! I wouldn't trust this new product! I'd stick with the 1275 or a signal link.

2024年4月25日 · Steven Pan was with MFJ from the day it started until he left a few years ago. Pan was the president and the linchpin of MFJ. If there was one single driving force behind MFJs positive parts, it was Pan. He was the glue that held it together. Pan is helping Gigaparts since he left MFJ. They have a pot of gold with him.

2021年6月1日 · But I confirm that on 80, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12 m its SWR in my setup is less than 2. I'm on the air only 3 months (since March 8 2021 and already worked 56 countries on 6 continents. Antenna definitely cost it's price. Now I'm planning to buy another end fed from MFJ (only high power one) and to put it at the right angle to the first antenna.
