DC capacitor shorted beyond that, i'd probably advise that you contact your local support to see which issue you may be seeing specifically and how to address it.

2021年6月26日 · We facing a problem on MGE Galaxy 5000 80KVA. the UPS mimic panel indicated "Charger Fault" & "PFC Fault". As the DCHON board was already replaced we tried to upgrade the control kit (MIZEN, CHAN, GDEN) by a higher technical level kit, but the fault occurred after three days.

After reconnection of mains we have same alarm - "Charger fault" Can anybody can share some experience or make some suggestions about that what is wrong with this unit?
