HERO System is by far the best RPG system for both anime, and superhero battles. And MHA is both. It's all about the back and forth, move/countermove of custom-designed powers, managing stamina, and over-the-top action. It's got rules for all your superhero needs. Hitting enemies so hard that they fly back and smash through walls? It's in there.

I enjoy roleplaying with CC MHA male characters and focus only on Gay Roleplays for personal reasons.
