Developing MHz high-performance SMMs is the inevitable course for modern power systems supported by wide bandgap semiconductor devices. However, huge loss in SMMs has become bottleneck for efficient energy conversion. Here, we report an approach for significantly decreasing the MHz loss in SMMs.
