2003年3月21日 · Same base gun The Mk11 is a complete package while (for all intensive purposes) the SR-25 LW Match is the base rifle without the accessories. If you are not planning on getting the suppressor you don't need the mod'd gas block of the Mk11. The other accesories bring the package price up a great deal as well

2019年7月13日 · At least in the case of an AR15 (and I would assume even more exagerated in AR10) there will be some play or tilt of the bcg whithin the upper and it can and will affect accuracy (precision) as confirmed by Mr. Joe Carlos (via testing with top of the line mechanical rest) and can be measured with feeler gauges.

2025年1月22日 · Gas operated will eliminate the recoiling barrel. That helped the Barrett a lot in recoil mitigation. A gas operated gun will need the heavy carrier, 2 lb or so, and a good spring/buffer set up. It can be done. I worked at Serbu helping him develop his semi .50 The recoil on it wasn't bad at all. Maybe a touch lighter than the M82A1 style rifles.
