2024年3月13日 · Overall, our studies show that MLL1 is an epigenetic regulator of 3D cancer cell migration, which exerts its effects by controlling the production of the key cytokines IL-6, IL-8, and TGF-β1. Our in vivo studies demonstrate a potential combination anticancer therapy that can reduce metastatic burden via two separate molecular mechanisms.
