Sep 10, 2020 · What always got me about MMW (at least with the two MMW classes for transfers) is the lecture portion and discussion sections are practically different classes, where only rarely would material in the lectures actually come up in the discussion. Lectures were a history class, discussion was a writing class, but all one grade.

Apr 26, 2018 · MMW will be challenging at times, and certain TAs can be annoying, but the way they teach it is more thought provoking and interesting than in high school imo. The tests are straightforward if you review your notes and have a general idea of what the readings are about. So go into it with a good mindset and it will be fine. Also, ERC is a good place to live as it has the nicest dorms on campus.

Mar 23, 2023 · Unfortunately, Chang is the only prof for MMW 15 over the summer. It is online however. How much work is it? I am taking him for MMW 14 right now, and I dread him, just so much reading and boring stuff. So I'm wondering if his summer class is better. Thank you

May 31, 2024 · outside shows are the way to go. I remember they played a show on the Toronto waterfront for the jazz festival and the cannabis smoke billowing from the entire crowd when they started up was like sea fog. Mark my words, outdoor shows are the best!
