A disability parking certificate allows the vehicle to use designated parking spaces. The certificates are available in temporary, short-term, long-term, permanent disability, and organization certificates. To qualify for disability parking certificate, the applicant must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Minnesota Statute 169.346.
Any Minnesota resident who meets one or more of the definitions of a “physically disabled person” listed on the front of this application. The parking certificate is provided to allow persons with a physical disability easier access to public places and facilities.
