The State of Minnesota Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) is where state, local and federal agencies coordinate the response to a disaster, emergency or terrorist event.

Level I: Full Activation for a major incident to coordinate assistance from state and federal support. Initiated by a Presidential Disaster Declaration for Minnesota and includes full federal Emergency Support Functions (ESF) support.
