Skill2 at level 10 is 72% evasion at 3 stacks for 8 seconds, that’s approximately the same evasion buff as RO, for 3 seconds more, and mod3 mp5 has the same evasion base as RO at 100, with the added benefit of that exo SPEQ that’s honestly kinda nutty (58 evasion and -6 damage at max calib +10).

Distilling a doll's effectiveness into a single point value as Sijun has done is already problematic, but removing the numbers and keeping only the flat tiers of T0/1/1.5/2 exacerbates the problem. Using T0 SMGs as an example, there is a significant difference between Suomi/G36c (12-13 points) and MP5/RO (10-10.5 points) which is not reflected.

A contradiction to that statement is going to be shield SMGs (G36C, Thompson, MP5 etc) where they are favoured in ranking due to death stacks and are outclassed in general use by dodge and/or smoke main tanks.
