2021年10月3日 · To do a new full auto MPX you need an 07 FFL with an SOT (special occupation tax) so you can manufacture what’s called a post sample. Meaning made “post 86” new manufactured MG. These are supposed to be basically demo guns for mil or Leo contracts. Unless there’s a pre 86 already registered auto sear out there that will work with an MPX.

2022年5月22日 · The MPX is a better gun in quite a few ways, but it’s also 50 years newer. Amazing what can be done with advancements in technology. The roller locked system was amazing in the 70s and still pretty impressive today since they are still softer shooting than any of the blowback options.

2018年9月9日 · The MPX seems more advanced, modular, and efficient (as well it should being half a century newer) but the MP5 is still just so damn cool. Every day it seems I change my mind about which one I prefer. Yesterday it was the MPX, the day before it was the MP5 clone (a PTR 9ct, that is) and earlier last week I was actually eyeing up the B&T GHM9.

2022年2月3日 · I purchased my MPX with the Next Level Armament charging handle installed. I'm still pretty ignorant of the FSG design and didn't realize it was altered as well. While the charging handles are definitely different in size, shape, amd design, I did not notice a difference in functionality when I swapped back and fourth.

2022年6月1日 · In general, the order of felt recoil is the MPX < Banshee < APC9k / GHM9K. I even think the Flux almost feels softer because you expect it to kick like a mule and yet it's reasonable. You can tune the banshee to be the softest with a change of recoil spring and a hydraulic buffer but the MPX is softer shooting out of the box.

2022年8月9日 · In Lead We Trust has a 3-lug barrel adapter that has the Sig taper, and they claim it minimizes the accuracy issues that are widely known for the MPX and 3-lug. Has anyone been running this setup with the Wolfman or any other suppressor?

2020年10月25日 · It's not as expensive as you'd think, I've actually been using meta mpx (mine has more ergo than this, with a little more but still basically zero recoil) when I have enough 7n31 lying around. It's less expensive than my meta HK and the mags are cheaper.
