2018年3月7日 · The flywheel hexagon nut size is M10x1 for a Stihl MS 660. If you eventually have to buy it from a dealer, the part number is 9211 260 1340. You had no trouble removing the flywheel after you removed the nut.

2020年2月17日 · There are a LOT of options- some great, some good and some not so good. The so called 56mm big bore kits from Asia- while cheap- will gain you nothing over the original and quite possibly run worse than the original bore size OEM cylinder and piston.

I mean I have the MS 440 for 90% of my work but that remaining 10% can be a pain without the right stuff. Is the weight of the MS 880 a bad thing since it will be only for bucking and felling.

2021年10月6日 · I'm reading between the lines here, but if you are not a "HULK," as you say, avoid the 660. There are strengths and weaknesses to every saw line. I wouldn't get very worried about so-called technical problems with the 460 or 660. They are longtime and repeatedly proven models. The 440/441 IS stronger than the 361. Absolutely.

2017年9月24日 · Wrong long spring, brake band pin missing and lever would not work. I knew this was likely and had an extra Huztl brake kit on hand. Don't understand why they can not get the right parts in the kit but can if you buy the brake assembly separate. Same ole same o in the 440 kit too. I will nag them until they replace it. Several times with the 660.

2011年2月7日 · Wow, I sure wouldn't let my 660's be tuned to 14,000+ for cutting, that is too high and the saw will fall on its face more in the cut. Better to tune a little richer, than leaner, as those lean saws can't handle any sort of miss handling or lugging.
