2013年7月6日 · MS Paint can be found in Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories. The file it self (mspaint.exe) can be found in C:\Windows\System32\. It can be opened opened using Run dialog or searched by both Paint and MsPaint. It is a native pre-installed Windows application and does not need to be separately installed or activated. Kari

2017年7月10日 · Do you have another program that does what Windows 7 Paint does? If you do it could be set as Default instead of 'Paint'. Such a program might of removed the link to Windows 7 Paint. I also agree with Roy. I would verify that the system is NOT infected. I would do this first. A Restore Point that is infected will not be of help. Jack
