I have emailed MSI, and other brands, customer support plenty of times , got a reply in under 24 hours, went through a few diagnosing steps and found product faulty or it was fixed with their steps. RMA procedure took less than a couple of days through email. Email customer support is priority and just how things are done.

2023年8月7日 · Its gigabyte that had failed me recently. The board went bad. to be little fair its a ITX board. But it still pissed me off. Got a full atx MSI board now. But yea I asked the MSI support if I needed to have the BIOS name all caps. He said yea for sure. Turns out I didn't and he didn't really know what he was talking about.

Turnaround time for a response on an ongoing RMA is quite good (week or so). Cons. MSI's RMA shipping-in process puts the onus entirely on the customer.

Contacted their support team who stated my motherboard a MSI Z390 gaming edge ac motherboard did not support Nahimic 3 even though it states on their site and nahimics site it does. Eventually found actual drivers and they worked perfectly. In short MSI does not even know how to run their own systems clearly.
